Oh my goooooooossssshhhhhh! When I tell you those nachos were so delicious and flavorful I was shocked at how good they were!

I’m a seafood junky! I grew up eating low-country crab boils in 90-degree weather with family and friends in Georgia! I’m a southern belle at heart so I’m picky on what seafoods to try and whatnot.

Yesterday morning I was craving crabs, so I started to do some research on crab recipes and found barefoot contessa on Max. It’s her latest episode S.19 E.08 Where she’s cooking with cheese.

I only used the fundamental ingredients, I added old bay, and mozzarella cheese instead of sharp cheddar (only because I didn’t have any in the fridge) and I added shrimp as well.

I had a cheese overload thanks to my heavy hands! my stomach punished me for it this morning, but I regret nothing!

This is a meal I’ll make only on special occasions!

I also added bell peppers and onions.
